Public changelog entries should stay focused on actual TF2C portal changes, not inherited upstream service announcements.

1. Dedicated server launch foundationFrontend, API, local CDN, OAuth callback, admin role, and Virtualmin proxy pathing were brought online for tf2classifieddepot.com.
2. TF2C taxonomy cleanupProject categories, release targets, TF2C versions, and browse labels were adjusted away from inherited platform terminology.
3. Creator and moderation flow polishProject creation, release upload, file review, reports, settings, organizations, and collections now use TF2C portal language.
4. Compatibility preservedApp/client-facing API paths, file metadata, hash lookup, dependency data, and OAuth routes remain available for future TF2C client work.
